Providing new drywall, laminate floors, carpet in the bedrooms. New showers, toilets and sink. New cabinetry and appliances install. Reran wiring circuits, bringing units up to code as this multi unit complex hadn’t been updated since 1984.

SteerWright managed the performance for Masonry, MEP’s, Finishes and install of the Ansul system, while introducing Procore Management software to a retro industry. In control of operations, Steer Wright managed to keep cost down and meet scheduled deadlines.

Ran Data circuits from central area through floor, to power 40 different areas. Placed carpet, drop ceiling, grid and tile. Drywall, patted walls to secure sound, paint, plumbing for sinks and toilets.

Setting underground fuel tanks 60 feet below high traffic area. Installing freezers, underground plumbing for kitchens and restrooms, power. Setting piers, masonry, signage for buildings. Definitely a great experience.
